BY USING THE WEBSITE/APP, ITS SERVICES, AND FEATURES, YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER YOU HAVE READ THE SAME OR NOT;

These Terms and Conditions are subject to revision by Zigzek at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions shall be made available on the Website/app. You are requested to regularly visit the Website/app to view the most current terms contained in this document. Your continued use of the Website/app, following such changes, will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
The Website/app is providing certain service which is available through the medium of telecommunication with the advisor listed and enrolled with the Website/app. By agreeing to the present Terms of Usage, you are also giving your unconditional consent to the Website/app to arrange a call with you on your mobile number even though your number is on DND service provided by your mobile service provider.
You hereby permit us to record all the telecommunication and chats for the quality and training of our advisors and all information so recorded and disclosed by you shall be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Website/app is a Digital Platform that has existence on the World Wide Web via different electronic medium. The Website/app is engaged in providing astrological content, data, and reports through video, chat, call and email consultation (“Services”). The Website/app offers free Services for certain basic Services, however, to avail more personalized Services and to receive additional Content, you are required to become a paid member by subscribing to our Premium Services Option. By subscribing to our Services, either free or paid, you agree to:
Provide current, complete, and accurate information about yourself as prompted to do so by the Website/app;
To maintain and update the above information as required and submitted by you with the view to maintain the accuracy of the information being current and complete.
You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving information under the laws as applicable in India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are below the age of eighteen (18) years, please read through these Terms and Conditions with your parent or legal guardian, and in such a case these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be a contract between Zigzek and your legal guardian or parent and to the extent permissible under applicable laws, enforceable against you.
Zigzek reserves the right to refuse access to use the Website/app to any new users or to terminate access already granted to you at any time without according any reasons for doing so.
The Website/app provides free Services for certain basic Services and paid Services (which is charged on per minute basis) to avail premium features. For such premium Services and/or any other paid Services that may become available from time to time, Zigzek reserves the right to modify/change subscription amount of such premium Services or charge certain other fees as it may think fit at any time. However, such modification/change shall be made applicable prospectively.
Zigzek provides multiple mode of payment. End Users can pay via Debit/Credit cards, net banking of all the popular banks, Wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and UPI ID.
You agree and understand that all payments shall only be made to bank accounts of Zigzek. Zigzek or its agents, representatives or employees shall never ask you to transfer money to any private account or to an account not held in the name of Zigzek. You agree that if you transfer any amount against any registration/placement of order or transaction to any bank account that is not legitimately held by Zigzek or to any personal account of any person, Zigzek shall not be held liable for the same. User shall not hold any right to recover from Zigzek any amount which is transferred by you to any third party.
You will not share your personal sensitive information like credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, passwords etc. with any person including the agents, employees or representatives of Zigzek. You shall immediately inform Zigzek if such details are demanded by any of its agents’ employees or representatives. Zigzek shall not be liable for any loss that you may incur for sharing the aforesaid details.
You agree to provide correct and accurate financial information, such as credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on the Website/app. You shall not use the credit/debit card or pre-paid payment instrument which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in any transaction, you must use your own credit/debit card. The information provided by you under this clause shall be handles by Zigzek in accordance with its Privacy Policy accessible at
Zigzek grants you a non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable, revocable, and limited right to access and use this Website/app and the Services provided herein.
You agree to use the Services, Website/app and the Content (as defined herein) provided herein only for purposes that are permitted by: (a) the Agreement(s); and (b) any applicable law.
You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Website/app or Services by any means other than through the interfaces that are provided by Zigzek. You shall not use any deep-link, robot, spider or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Website/app or Content (as defined below), or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website/app, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not specifically made available through the Website/app.
You agree that You are solely responsible to Zigzek and to any third party for any breach of Your obligations under these Terms and Conditions or other Agreements and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Zigzek or its affiliates or its vendors may suffer) for any such breach.
You shall solely be responsible for maintaining the necessary computer / mobile equipment, internet connections and other software and technologies that may be required to access, use and transact on the Website/app. You may incur access or data fees from third parties in connection with your purchase and/or use of the services. You are responsible for all such fees.
You are advised to check the description of the Services carefully before making a booking/registering. You agree to be bound by all the conditions as contained in Registration.
You shall not collect any names, email addresses of any members/advisors who are registered on the Website/app for the purpose of advertisement, solicitation, or Spam. You shall not send unsolicited email, junk mail, spam, promotions, or advertisements of any kind whatsoever.
You shall not indulge in any such activities that interferes with or disrupts access to the Website/app. You shall not upload any files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programme that may damage the operation of the Website/app or another’s computer.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website/app, any other systems or networks connected to the Website/app, to any Zigzek server, or to any of the Services offered on or through the Website/app, by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate means;
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website/app or any network connected to the Website/app, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Website/app or any network connected to the Website/app;
Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Website/app, systems resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Website/apps or any affiliated or linked sites;
Use the Website/app or Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Agreement, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Zigzek or other third parties;
Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force within or outside India;
Violate the terms of the Agreement.
Except as expressly indicated to the contrary herein, Zigzek hereby grants you a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to view the Content available on the Website/app, subject to the following conditions:
An Order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once it reaches/has reached “processing” stage, meaning, that the Order has been assigned to a particular advisor. You are requested to apply diligence while placing any Order on the Website/app. The risk and liabilities associated with placing Orders in a careless manner completely lies with the User and the Website/app shall under no circumstances be responsible to cancel the Order once the Order reaches the “processing” stage.
An Order once placed an executed shall not be cancelled under any circumstances. However, once the order has been placed but before execution, customer may request cancellation of order by contacting out customer care team within 30 minutes of placing such Order. Please note, cancellation of order under this clause is subject to availability and reachability of the customer care team. Under no circumstances shall order be cancelled after 30 mins of placing it or after its execution on the grounds of non-availability/non-reachability of the customer care team.
Whatever timelines are displayed on the Website/app are approximate and tentative and essentials steps are taken to adhere to the timelines at all time. However, no cancellation can be sought on the grounds of any technical delay or any departure from the timelines specified or any glitch on the Website/app at the time of processing reports of the Orders so placed. Any deviation from the timelines shall not make cancellation eligible.
Predictions and forecasts given by the advisors are based on the information given by you. No cancellation can be sought on the grounds that incorrect information had been provided by you. You are requested to verify and recheck information before placing order.
The Services offered are not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. All future forecasts and predictions made are made by the advisor and Website/app does not guarantee accuracy and reliability of such predictions. Placing of orders and availing services is solely at the discretion of the customer and under no circumstances shall cancellation be sought on the grounds that forecasts and predictions so provided by the advisor were inaccurate or incorrect or proved to be wrong.
Under no circumstances shall refund be sought or processed for providing a wrong contact number for availing our “call the advisor” feature. Customers are advised to keep contact number in full coverage area and must answer the call when received.
Where the Website/app or the payment Gateway that is linked to the Website/app experiences any server issues like slowdown/failure/session timeout, in such cases the users are required to check if their account has been debited before initiating second payment.
Where the bank account has been debited, don’t make the payment again and immediately contact us via customer care to confirm the same.
Where bank account has not been debited, user may initiate fresh transaction to make payment.
However, refund for multiple payments, if any, due to errors mentioned above and where multiple payments have been made shall be refunded in full. The Website/app shall only retain cost of one single order as intended to be placed by the User.

All payments on the Website/app are required to be done through credit/debit cards/net banking or UPI ID using the third party payment gateway on the Portal. Any refunds, where applied for, will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of receiving the refund request. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
There may be events where registration of the advisor or placement of order by the customer is not getting confirmed. In such events Zigzek will refund the said charges to the User and intimate the User about the same. All subsequent registrations/orders will be treated as new transactions.
The Website/app and the processes, and their selection and arrangement, including but not limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, artwork and computer code (collectively, the "Content") on the Website/app is owned and controlled by Zigzek and the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of such Content is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights. Through your use of the Website/app, by no means are any rights impliedly or expressly granted to you in respect of such Content. Zigzek reserves the right to change or modify the Content from time to time at its sole discretion;
The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Website/app ("Marks") are the property of Zigzek. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior consent of Zigzek;
Except as expressly provided herein, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not copy, republish, post, display, translate, transmit, reproduce or distribute any Content through any medium without obtaining the necessary authorization from Zigzek.
The Website/app and the Content, are provided by Zigzek on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise;
You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zigzek will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a consequence of unauthorized use of the Website/app, either with or without your knowledge;
Zigzek has endeavored to ensure that all the information on the Website/app is correct, but Zigzek neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data or information. Zigzek shall not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the Website/app or related functionalities, the provision of or failure to provide functionalities, or for any information, functionalities and related graphics obtained through the Website/app, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website/app, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Further, Zigzek shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Website/app during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the Website/app that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond Zigzek’s control. Zigzek accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, with respect to any information provided to you on the Website/app;
Zigzek further doesn’t warrant for the services that the advisors provides to the customers. Zigzek is merely a facilitator for exchange of services between advisors and customers; this arrangement doesn’t qualify advisors to be our employees and hence Zigzek shall not be held responsible/liable for your services, predictions, and future forecasts whatsoever that has been provided/will be provided to the customer including its legality, safety, accuracy, completeness, validity etc.
advisors on the Website/app may use various methods for predictions/forecasts like Tarot readings, fortune cards, numerology etc. Zigzek holds no responsibility/liability of the astrological effects on human psychology and human mental/physical health in any manner.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zigzek, its subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, agents and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (herein after individually and collectively referred to as "indemnified parties") from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, suits, proceedings, penalties, interests, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal and other statutory fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by the indemnified parties that arise out of, result from, or in connection with (i) Your breach of the Agreement(s); or (ii) any claims made by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the Website/app;
Zigzek may notify you of any claims which you shall be liable to indemnify Zigzek against. You will then be required to consult with Zigzek regarding the course of action to be undertaken in defending such a claim. Further, you shall not compromise or settle any claim or admit any liability or wrongdoing on the part of Zigzek without the express prior written consent of Zigzek which can be withheld or denied or conditioned by Zigzek in its sole discretion;
Notwithstanding anything to contrary in the Agreement(s), in no event shall Zigzek, its subsidiaries or affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners or suppliers be liable to you for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not Zigzek has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use of or access to the Website/app or Content.
The Website/app does not take guarantee regarding the medical advice, if provided, by the by the advisors registered with the Website/app. The End User should always take advice of a health care professional for diagnosis and treatment including information regarding which medications or treatment may be appropriate for the End User. None of the Content represents or warrants that any particular medication or treatment is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Zigzek does not endorse any specific tests, medications, products or procedures.
Such advisors may from time to time make recommendations of using mantras, jantras, gemstones or other astrological remedies to be used by the End User. Such recommendations are being made in good faith by the advisors and the Website/app and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranty that:
The Website/app is not a suicide helpline platform. If you are considering or contemplating suicide or feel that you are a danger to yourself or to others, you may discontinue use of the services immediately at your discretion and please notify appropriate police or emergency medical personnel.
These Terms and Conditions and all transactions entered into on or through the Website/app and the relationship between you and Zigzek shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles;
You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website/app, these Terms and Conditions, or any transactions entered into on or through the Website/app or the relationship between You and Zigzek shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, India and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts. Each party hereby irrevocably waives any objection which such party may now or hereafter have to the laying of improper venue or forum non convenient. Each party agrees that a judgment in any such action or proceeding may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any manner provided by law. Any and all service of process and any other notice in any such suit, action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement shall be effective against a party if given as provided herein.
In the event you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions or if you become aware of any objectionable content on the Website/app, or if you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated in any manner through the Website/app, please inform Zigzek on the contact details available on the Website/app.
